Being an entrepreneur at heart, he has formed a couple of startups and continues as an investor in some. An advisor and mentor associated with AIC NITTE, he has been working with new age entrepreneurs to aid them design market relevant solution offerings and monetize the team effort. Currently, Nikhil focuses his endeavors in the areas of ESG as part of the startups where he sits on board.

Having delivered himself an 11X revenue stream for a Finnish enterprise in MEA within 3 years, and 3X in Order generation for an American enterprise in the Middle East within a year, Nikhil loves to engage in outcome driven speaking, strategic advising, leadership coaching and mentoring opportunities.
